A Practical View on Fitness was written to provide everyone the opportunity to see the fitness techniques that have worked successfully for me. After nearly thirty years of researching different types of diets and fitness routines, I feel I’ve designed a very reliable, easy-to-understand routine that consistently produces positive results.
As a certified personal trainer, it’s my opinion that fitness gimmicks, fad diets, diet supplements, and over-dramatized exercise routines just complicate fitness causing the average person to lose sight of the basics.
