After nearly thirty years of researching different types of diets and fitness routines, I feel I’ve designed a very reliable, easy-to-understand routine that consistently produces positive results.

As a certified personal trainer, it’s my opinion that fitness gimmicks, fad diets, diet supplements, and over-dramatized exercise routines just complicate fitness causing the average person to lose sight of the basics. Simply understanding how the body responds to the right combination of nutrition, exercise, rest and a positive attitude can make your journey to a reasonable level of fitness easy, fun and never leave you hungry, tired, or sore.
