Here on my website you will NOT find a lot of empty promises of “get fit quick” plans or magic powders and potions to help you lose 10 pounds in 10 days. You WILL however, find a lot of good, practical information to help you understand how the body responds to the right combination of nutrition, exercise, rest and a positive attitude.
Throughout my fitness career I’ve been asked this same question countless times, “What advice would you give to a beginner fitness enthusiast?”
My answer has been basically the same for as long as I can remember.
- Set long term reasonable goals and get advice from successful people with hands-on experience.
- Don’t believe in fitness gimmicks, fad diets, over-dramatized exercise routines, and don’t use diet supplements that will alter the way your body is designed to work naturally.
- Learn how to incorporate the right combination of all four ingredients of a good Healthy Fitness routine, (nutrition, exercise, rest and a positive attitude) and you will have a wonderful and successful journey to Good Health and Fitness.
These answers are the foundation of every good fitness routine.
